Organizers suggest flexible refund policy that gives registrants the option to apply their registration fee to the 2021 Conference or receive a full refund. If you or your organization would like to defer your registration fee to be applied to the next Conference scheduled for 2021 April 23-24 no actions shall be taken. If you whish to receive full refund, fill in form below no later than 2020 March 30.
Registation to the conference in April of 2021 will be opend in December of 2020
All fees are requested in Euro. Registration will be processed only if accompanied by total payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of conference delegate registrations must be notified to the Conference Secretariat in writing to info@creativa.lt and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days before conference : 60% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds are possible thereafter.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days before conference or no-shows: no refunds possible.
All applicable refunds will be processed after the event. Any refunds to credit card payments may only be credited back to the original credit card, there is no possibility of refunding to an alternate card.
Event Cancelation:
- In case of Event Cancellations by Organizers initiative: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- In case of Event Cancellations due to Force Major: no refunds possible.
